Tool Crib.com is owned and operated by the Tool Crib, Inc. which was founded in 1951 in Knoxville, TN and has been serving the industrial metalworking market in the Southeastern United States since that time.

In 1998 we started www.toolcrib.com to serve the existing accounts of the metalworking industry, but soon learned that the internet was better suited to the retail market for tools and hardware and we partnered with Amazon.com to do the fulfillment for our customers.

Since that time we have expanded our services, and now we have become the online source for tools and hardware, and quickly becoming the online community for everyone involved with tools, from the Do-It-Yourselfer, to the full time professional, and everyone in between.
